Wounded Warriors

We were invited by the Battalion Chaplain to participate in Chaplains night at the Wounded Warrior and Family Center this week. We were deeply honored to do this.

The Center is a beautiful facility for the wounded soldiers and their families. There are eleven full-time employees serving our military troops.

Many of the wounded warriors have been there since 2005. We talked to 45 injured military members, and the average number of surgical procedures each had was 17. There are approxmately 640 wounded warriors receiving treatment there.

We have been asked to come back again with On The Wings of The Wing because our story and the Scripture references inspired and encouraged the wounded troops.

We were so thrilled to see our soldiers and families reach out to accept this book that shares Scriptural truth about how they too can find God in their life story as we have.
